Community Blood Drive this Thursday from 2-6pm

The library is hosting an American Red Cross blood drive in the community room.  You can keep blood supply levels high with your donation.  Please remember to eat iron-rich foods and drink plenty of water well before donating.

Celebrate Earth Day with us today at 3:30 pm!  Join us for crafts, games, prizes, and stories, plus a new tree planting and a bike clinic (thanks to our friends at Goose Creek Cycle, www.goosecreekcycle.com).  Wear green and bring your bike!

At 5:00 you can join us in our first ever Earth Day Bike/Walk parade!  Give Mother Nature a break and go fossil-fuel free for a trip through town.

Don't forget to join us for a special movie night on Friday, the 23rd, and for a gardening presentation by the one and only Jeneen Wiche on Saturday, the 24th!

The Henry County Public Library is pleased to announce our line up of events for Earth Week 2010!
Tuesday, April 20th at 6:30 pm- Screening of Wall-E, rated G. Snacks will be provided!
